Arrival and Preparation in Senaru
Upon your arrival in Lombok, our team will pick you up and transfer you to our basecamp in Senaru. You will meet your trekking guide for a comprehensive briefing regarding the trek, safety procedures, and gear check. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the cool climate of Senaru, allowing you to rest and acclimate before the adventure begins. Dinner will be served at our basecamp, ensuring you are well-prepared and energized for the journey ahead.

Sembalun Village to Sembalun Crater Rim
After an early breakfast, we transfer you to the Sembalun Trek Center for registration. The journey takes you through vast, golden savannahs to Pos 2 and Pos 3, where a freshly prepared lunch awaits. The climb intensifies as we ascend the trail toward the Sembalun Crater Rim. We will set up camp here, where you can witness a spectacular sunset over the clouds and gain a clear view of the summit for the next morning.

Summit Attack, Segara Anak Lake, and Hot Springs
A pre-dawn wake-up at 2:00 AM begins the summit attack. The challenging climb to the 3,726m peak is rewarded with an epic sunrise over Lombok, Bali’s Mount Agung, and Sumbawa. After celebrating at the peak, we descend for breakfast before trekking down to the sacred Segara Anak Lake. Spend your afternoon relaxing in the natural hot springs, perfect for soothing your muscles, before a final short trek to the Senaru Crater Rim to camp under the stars for your second night.

Senaru Crater Rim to Senaru Village
Wake up to a final stunning view of the crater lake and a hearty breakfast. The last day features a rewarding descent through the lush, tropical rainforest of Senaru. This shaded path is ideal for birdwatching and spotting the rare silver ebony leaf monkeys. Upon reaching Senaru Village, our driver will be ready to transfer you to your next destination in Lombok, concluding your memorable Rinjani expedition.
